Class Cost: $25.00 Is Class Open? Yes Description: Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese discipline which was developed as a means to improve health through the unique combination of postures. Without requiring over-exertion, the slow, rhythmic movements allow people of all ages to improve physical condition, decrease, fatigue, and develop endurance. Other benefits cited include relaxation and improved balance, flexibility and strength. This course is for beginners who know the first 54 moves and those resuming the practice after an absence. Wear loose clothing and flat-soled shoes. Class meets Mondays & Wednesdays, twice a week. Fee is monthly. |
